Holiday Rates	Our Peak Holiday Season is from December 20th to January 4th. Holiday rates are $500 ~~$550~~/night with a 7 night minimum.

Rates

Rates subject to change before issuing a reservation confirmation. There is a 5-day minimum stay. Rates are based on up to 6-person occupancy.

Pool Construction Discount

The Alii will be undergoing a major pool renovation from Mid August to the end of December 2009. Those dates will receive an additional discount. Please contact us for "Pool Construction Discounted Dates and Rates."

Check In / Check Out

Check in after 2 PM. A credit card imprint is required upon check in at the front desk. Check out by 10 AM. Check out is required at the front desk and keycards returned at that time. Extended check out may be possible, in advance, and no later than 4 PM. Extended check out rate applies. Please call or e-mail to request an extended check out.

Optional Maid Service

Available at $25 per hour by appointment only. 2 hour minimum.
