RATES
Rates subject to change before issuing a reservation confirmation. There is a 5-day minimum stay. Rates are based on up to 6-person occupancy.TAX

A 25% deposit is due within 7 days of booking to hold dates. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival for confirmation. We accept check or Money Order.CREDIT CARD OPTION
We accept credit card payments via Paypal. Payments must be made in full when choosing this payment method.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in after 2 PM. A credit card imprint is required upon check in at the front desk. Check out by 10 AM. Check out is required at the front desk and keycards returned at that time. Extended check out may be possible, in advance, and no later than 4 PM. Extended check out rate applies. Please call or e-mail to request an extended check out.OPTIONAL MAID SERVICE
Available at $25 per hour by appointment only.RESERVATIONS
We must receive the balance due, 60 days before arrival. Reservations made inside of 60 days require immediate full payment for confirmation.CANCELLATION / REVISIONS
ALL CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS REQUIRED IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside of a 30 day (60 days in high season) period before arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% service fee. HOLIDAY period cancellations are subject to a 20% fee. Any cancellations made within the above guidelines may forfeit any refund. Any revisions made before arrival but after confirmation will be subject to our approval. These revisions include, but are not limited to changes in arrival/departure dates, no. of guests, etc.CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Guest agrees to abide by all House Rules of the Association of Apartment Owners of Kaanapali Alii. (House Rules are located in the unit.)There is NO SMOKING within the unit.
The property shall be left in the same condition as check-in with the exception of bed lines which should be removed and placed in the laundry baskets provided.
Guest agrees to start the dishwasher with a full load of dishes before departure.
Guest agrees to wash and dry one load of towels before departure.
Guest agrees to take trash out regularly and before departure.
Guest agrees to remove sand from suits and feet with outdoor showers and towels available on premises.
Guest may not remove towels from unit. (Beach towels are available at the poolside.)
Guest may not sublet or assign this agreement.
